90 days beauty program for body, soul and mind
This was my 1. Day
Body:
Hiprolls right/left 30 times each, 3 sets (morning, noon, evening) - like doing hula-hoop- hopefully gives me a waist again.
Waist stretch right/left 10 times each (standing upright, feet a little apart, arms stretched up bouncing as far left or right as possible)
Bust-arm stretch 10 times (standing upright, arms at shoulderhight, fingertips of hands facing each other, swing them out counting 1,2,3, whereas by 3 the arms swing as wide open as possible)
10 min Jogg (noon)
Massage of arms, stomach, hips etc. each part 5 min. while watching a movie on T.V (Cruel intentions)
30 min. free dancing (to Billy Ocean: Greatest Hits)
Trying to move as much as possible, dance while drying dishes etc.
Drinking 1 litre of herb tea and two litres of water during the day
Selfmade facial mask: honey, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice
Soul:
This verse from the bible encouraged me this morning:
And he will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither;

Mind:
The book I'm reading at the moment is rather interesting and challenging. "Secrets of the millionaire mind" by T.Harv Eker
