It started with a pain in my right foot, while walking, then went up to my knee and, not long after that little "electric shocks" were attacking me, whenever I made a move they didn't seem to like.
Since my leg played up on the right side, my left shoulder and neck thought they shouldn't miss out on attention and I woke up with a stiff neck! This called for action, so I went to the hospital!
They told me my muscles are very tensed and uptight (do they reflect my personality
, hope not!) and this causes strain on the nerves. I thought doing exercises would loosen them up. It's probably not the exercises that are responsible, but my former job as a teacher, standing for hours, as far as the leg is concerned, they told me. An for my shoulder and neck, the answer was, too many hours at the computer, spend in a bad position. Probably partly right, my keyboard was rather high up, but I didn't tell them about my former obsession with knitting. For years I knitted every day for hours, and also my neverending struggle against weeds, I believe these are the ones to blame.
However for a while I should confine myself to "stretching", because that releases the tension of the muscles, and go for treatment, if possible every day in the beginning.(says the doctor)
So let's stretch up, out and of!

I hope it gets better soon!

Take care
